Knowledge gap will continue to sustain economic gap among countries. Internet penetration into grassroot level is a must to reduce this gap.

Information problems will haunt know how capabilities of developing economies unless all inclusive open information policies are sustained.

R&A or R&D

Did you know that there are two ways to go about working on the issues of knowledge economy ? Knowledge economists and information scientists can either adopt the R&A method or the R&D method.While the former uses the technology and tools that have already been developed, the latter begins from scratch which includes the design and development of applications that end up solving the problems.
